Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the price say "Starting at?"
Our pricing has 2 components...
- Subscription Fee
- Usage Fee
Subscription Fee - This is a monthly fee that is the same for all customers based on which platform and modules are deployed.
Usage Fee - This is a variable fee that aligns your monthly cost with the size of your service supply chain based on metrics such as Replenishment Orders, Customer Orders, and Approved Stock Levels (ASL).
How long does it take to implement?
We designed Smart Replenishment with the goal of getting you deployed in less than 30 days.
It should be less than an week, but we need your 3PL partner to turn on the integration to us. That process can take a few days, but once activated we auto-configure your system.
Your solution will be ready to use based on our automated onboarding, and you can fine tune the configuration as needed.
How is Approved Stock Level (ASL) defined?
ASL is how you specify the target inventory that you would like On Hand for a part in a specific site.
If you have 1 part that needs to have inventory in 10 different sites, then that part is utilizing 10 of your ASL allocation.
