Cloud Neato's Customer Bill of Rights

We believe that all businesses have core rights in their dealings with technology vendors. Beyond just talking about it, we are declaring our commitment to these promises.

In 2025, Cloud Neato launched with a “Customer Bill of Rights” as a commitment to the Service Supply Chain community. These rights are based on the belief that customers deserve better from enterprise software vendors.

By defining these principles, we codified our approach to the businesses we serve, and challenge other software vendors to follow our lead.

As a Cloud Neato customer, you have a right to:

  1. Unlimited user access without having to purchase user licenses.
  2. Transparent, fair pricing and agreements without long-term commitments.

Diving Deeper

Let's elaborate each of these Rights and share how Cloud Neato is delivering for customers in these areas.

Unlimited user access without having to purchase user licenses.

  • Implementing supply chain software is about making sure all employees have access to all the data and insights in the business—so they are empowered to do their best work. Our unique pricing structure is consumption-based, meaning that you are charged for the computing resources you use, not the number of users permitted into the system. Customers have a right to unlimited users.

Transparent, fair pricing and agreements without long-term commitments.

  • Customers have a right to know their pricing now and in the future. Their contracts or agreements should be easy to understand. They should never have to trade long-term commitments for fair and transparent pricing. When their initial commitment expires, customers shouldn’t have to worry about dramatic and unexpected price increases.

Earning Your Trust

The Customer Bill of Rights is a manifestation of Cloud Neato’s commitment to work with the service supply chain market to make solutions available to everyone. Upholding these Rights is core to who we are as a company and why we exist.

We encourage our customers, partners, and end-users to share their thoughts and feedback on these Rights and on the evolution of our product and company. Based on your feedback, we will add to this list to make our partnership stronger.
